Keaton Henson

You

Tarq Bowen

Really enjoying a guy that I saw in Brighton many moons ago now. Recently brought to the forefront of my mind again, I'm having trouble keeping away from his soundcloud. He has a great style that isn't too much like a lot of things I'm hearing at the moment. Fingers crossed he's back in Brighton again soon.

Scriber - Every Particle

Really glad we found this chap online. Scriber (real name Joshua Price) from South-Wales has a really stong and resonating voice. I don't really like to draw comparison to other artists, simply recommend what I'm liking at the moment. Have a listen to his subtle and enchanting guitar playing married beautifully with an honest vocal below.
This 4-track EP released by Rocking Chair Records is a real treasure and a steal at £2.49, but if you can stretch to it get one of a limited press of 250 12" vinyls. I can't emphasize what a talent this lad is and how much we're enjoying his music here in the loft. Track 3. Corridor has to be my pick of the EP, but this is only by a slim margin as the EP is a great work as a whole.
We'll be keeping an eye on any up-coming tours and getting to see him. An invitation to the loft is certainly open to this fellow.

Thirty Pounds Of Bone - I Cannot Sing You Here, But For Songs Of Where

Click the artwork above to hear two lovely tracks from the forthcoming album by Johny Lamb (Thirty Pounds Of Bone). The album will be released on CD and download and if pre-ordered, two tracks can be downloaded right away! I'm currently enjoying them myself and eagerly await the rest of the album.

There is a fantastic session by Mr. Toad with Thirty Pounds Of Bone that you can watch HERE It's one of my favourite things I've found on the internet and I've found myself coming back to it countless times over the last couple of years.

Please enjoy,
